FULLERTON, CA – In 1936, a pregnant single woman in England made the difficult decision to give up one of her newborns, separating fraternal twins. Now 78 years later, Ann Hunt and Elizabeth Hamel were reunited.

Ann had no idea that she had a twin sister until last year when her daughter made the shocking discovery while doing some research. Her daughter reached out to Elizabeth. Turns out she had moved from England to Oregon.

On May 1st, after a year of chatting on Skype the two met face to face in California.

The two say they have different personalities, but they noticed they gesture the same way with their hands and have the same feet.

One more odd similarity: they happened to marry men with the same first name.

Even though they were separated, they still have that inseparable twin bond.
