WASHINGTON, D.C. – The impulse of getting that giant tribal tattoo across your back or that cool eyebrow ring after a night of drinking could be a thing of the past for folks in Washington, D.C.
The city health department there has drafted up a 66-page package of provisions about body art, which includes a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
The hope is that having a full day to think about it will prevent some from waking up the next morning with regret.
