As if you needed another reason not to eat drive-thru seafood, one of Long John Silver’s combos now holds the title “Worst Restaurant Meal in America.”

That’s according to the Center for Science in the Public Interest.

It might be in your interest to know what exactly is in the “Big Catch” meal. The play of fried haddock, hush puppies and onion rings or fries is a nauseating 1,320 calories, 19 grams of saturated fat, about 3,700 milligrams of sodium and 33 grams of trans fats. That’s more trans fats than a person should have in two whole weeks.

What’s worse, CSPI says Long John Silver’s is lying to consumers about the Big Catch’s nutritional information. So, CSPI notified the FDA and is threatening to sue.

No word yet from Long John Silver’s.

It sounds like this meal is threatening people’s lives. You have been warned. Eat at your own risk.
